This place is awesome - it's a seven floor split level which means lots of privacy. Two full bathrooms, washer and dryer in the unit, kitchen (with dishwasher) and a sunroom and living room. Covered/secure bike parking in the parkade, and we have a nice backyard where I try to garden in the summer.
Great location- right in Little Italy, minutes away from the College streetcar, Christie station, and a Metro. Lots of good dining in the area as well!
