Hi Future Roommate, My roommate is moving and I'm looking for another roommate. It's a 2 bedroom apartment located on the third floor and has 1 bathroom. The washer and dryer are on the 2nd floor and are shared with the 2 other units in the building. They are a dollar a piece. It's located on a quite street across from a park on 7th and Rodman. It's in the Queen Village, Society Hill, Washington Square West, Bella Vista area of Center City. The 1 year lease starts April 15th. My roommate moved out April 1st which would allow you to move in now. You would have to start paying soon as you move your things in to be fare to my roommate who has moved out. If you're looking for a temporary place for 6 months I'd be okay with that. You will need to fill out an application ($60) and credit check. You will need to supply a first, last, and security deposit. Rent and utilities will be split evenly. AMENITIES Central Air (eletric) NEW Forced air furnace (gas) NEW Water included Fullsize dishwasher Garbage disposal Large kitchen with 15 cabinets, 6 drawers, and a lot of counter space Hard wood floors in the hallway and living room Carpet in the bedrooms Working fireplace Living room has two large windows. They get a lot of sun throughout the day. Living room has 4 overhead lights with dimmer switches Large pantry Linen closet Hallway closet Washer and dryer (2nd floor, shared with 2 other units) Wholefoods and Acme are three blocks away Liquor store is half a block away Park across the street YOUR ROOM Bedrooms are in the middle of the building which makes them extremely quite. Your room is the smaller of the two and has a full-size closet (with light) and a tall window. We are the top floor so you won't hear anyone above us. I never hear the people below us either. UTILITIES We split the price of internet, cable, and DVR. Currently it's about $70 per month and includes HBO and Showtime. Comcast is currently in my roommates name and you will probably need to pay to switch the account into your name. The air conditioner and furnace were replaced 2 years ago making them more efficient. Utilities fluctuate depending on the season. They run approximately: Electric - Winter $20-$30 each. Summer $40-$70 Gas - Winter $30-50 each. Summer $12-$15 each Internet/Cable/DVR - $35 each Water: Free ABOUT ME I'm a 32 year old, professional, white, female that moved here 3 years ago from Michigan. I'm a pretty sarcastic person and enjoy joking around. I've made a lot of friends in the city. I go out a few nights a week. I work in digital marketing and work from home a few days out of the week. ABOUT YOU I'd prefer a professional female in her late 20's early 30's but I'm not opposed to a male. My current roommate and I split the cleaning and I'd like to continue that with you. I'm only looking for one roommate so if you have a significant other that will be sleeping here all most every night I'm not going to be big a fan of that. It would be cool if we could have a drink every now and then together. I don't mind if you have people over from time to time, I do. There is no smoking allowed and is not 420 friendly. No pets either, sorry. FURNITURE Most of the furniture pictured is my roommates. If you have a couch, TV, kitchen/dining room table, desk or any other communal furniture that would be really nice.
