My fiance and I are looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex. Our current roommate is moving out and we're looking to fill her room as soon as possible. We live in an awesome duplex in Mid-City only a couple of blocks away from the original Roscoe's (if you love fried chicken and waffles). We're pretty central to everything and the house has plenty of space! Some background on us - Adam is a musician/producer and a personal banker and I work for a PR agency. We're from San Diego and moved up to LA about 4 years ago. We have an amazing dog, Bowie (named after the one and only Ziggy Stardust) a maltipoo who is well-trained and one of the the sweetest dog you'll meet. Rent is $850.
