You'll be sharing the space with a quiet, clean, non-smoking roommate. Separate entranceway. Shared kitchen and bath. Roommate's bedroom has door. You have privacy curtains. Price of $750 includes water, trash, electricity, gas and WiFi. I'll also provide bedding for the couch. If you want to help care for the cats you'll get a 10% discount on the rent. You will need to pass credit and background check. Landladies only do month-to-month leases, but appreciate stability. Great location! Walking distance from the Americana and Galleria, plus Whole Foods, Ralph's, Nordstrom rack, Michael's, etc. Award-winning property, built in 1939.
