Hi There, We are looking for a new roommate for one room in our shared apartment. The room is a good size that you'd easily fit in a big bed and desk and whatever other comforts that you have. There is a very spacious closet as well as well as in room heating for our chilly winter nights :) . You'd also have your own bathroom. Additionally, there is a parking spot within the parking garage of the building for an additional $75/mo making total rent $925 if you take the spot. We all share a comfy living room, eating area, and kitchen. The room is in an apartment complex officially in Del Rey in the up-and-coming Mar Vista area, close to Culver City, Marina del Rey and Venice. There are a lot of new shops, restaurants etc. opening in the area. You can walk to restaurants, bars and to Vons and Rite Aid on Centinela. We are two girls - one late twenties and the other mid 30s. One is a teacher (work hours 8am - 5pm) from Germany, into music, hiking, traveling...and the other is from California and working for an environmental non-profit (9a-5p), sometimes working from home but traveling a lot for her job and for her competitions. We are both respectful of quiet hours being that we both are up before the sun and usually in bed soon after sunset :) Our current roommate is in full packing mode, so the room does NOT photograph well, so please come by and take a look. You should be in your late 20s, or 30s, respectful, responsible and fun. We love to go out for drinks together, hang out at home or do other fun stuff every now and then.
