Details:
4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, open concept kitchen and living room. Fairly large for the price. Enjoyed our time here but roommates are moving away and we need to fill it. Can easily fit 2 couches and a TV, and a small island table for eating. Newly renovated. Double sink. Although it is a basement apartment, the windows are huge and southern facing.
