Room for rent in a 3 bedroom apartment, available April 1st. $688/month +an extra $30 for internet (hydro, gas and water all included) House is equipped with central air, coin-free washer + dryer, gas stove and heated washroom floors. We occupy the first floor and basement of a detached house with a large patio/garden space, a small garage (good for storage and summer hangouts) and one mostly unused parking space. We're located one street above Christie Pits, a great amenity in the summertime. Christie subway station is less than a 5 min walk and Fiesta Farms grocery store is a 1 min walk. The room available is in the basement, along with the washroom, a small living space and a storage room. The kitchen, living room and two other bedrooms are located on the first floor. You'd be sharing with two roommates in their mid twenties (one a seamstress, one working in film) and one cat. We'd prefer to not add any more pets to our home, as our cat is used to living solo. We're both generally at work during the weekdays and keep a pretty quiet household. First and last month's rent required, with 2 months notice before leaving.
