Hi, so our roommate is moving in with his girlfriend and we will have a room to rent starting May 1st. We are on Berkeley St, just south of Dundas in Cabbagetown so really close to downtown and a 2 minute walk to either the Queen or Dundas streetcars. The street is leafy and quiet but close to supermarkets and all the restaurants and bars in Cabbagetown. The house is 4 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse with a garage, basement and back deck/fire pit. The living/dining has a working fireplace which is amazing this time of year. The bedroom for rent is on the 3rd floor and is the only place that will be unfurnished as have more or less everything we need in the living/dining although if you have a nice BBQ that would definitely help your chances ;) If you do have furniture that you want to keep we have loads of storage room in the basement We are 2 guys, in our 30's, and both work 9-5 full time downtown. We are both active, like to hang out on weekends, have a few drinks, boardgames, watch sports and are pretty social. The rent is $900 a month along with one month's deposit.
