LOOKING FOR 2 ROOMMATES We are looking for 2 roommates to share our 2nd and 3rd floor apartment with us. We have already secured the apartment, but you will have to sign your own lease as well. We are students at Lesley and very quiet. The apartment is large and has a super large, sunny eat in kitchen that includes dishes, pans, table and chair, counter and barstools - and is fully equipped. The apartment has two tiled bathrooms, one on each floor. One bedroom available is on the 3rd floor back of the house and the other two are located on the 2nd floor, along with the living room. The living room has a sofa and two leather chairs. There are desks and bed frames in each bedroom. The rooms are bright and sunny and directly across the green grass on Dearborn - its the perfect place to study or catch sun rays on those beautiful spring and summer days. Plenty of on-street parking with a City of Somerville sticker. First months rent and security deposit equal to one months rent is required to sign the lease. $1,800. Apartment is 4 houses from the bus stop and a short walk to Davis and Ball Square and the Red Line.
