2300 Washington Place NE · Apartment for Rent

I've been in DC for six months living in this fantastic apartment but I was just recently offered a new position in Tyson's Corner and the commute from NE to VA everyday during rush hour....words can't even describe how awful. The apartment is in Rhode Island Row. There are two Master Suite bedrooms each with their own bathroom and walk-in closet. (The available room is in the pictures). The living room and kitchen are all modern appliances with an open concept. There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well as a balcony. My roommate has lived here since it was built about three years ago and isn't planning on leaving anytime soon. The building is practically attached to the Rhode Island Metro station and below our building there is a Chipotle , Dunkin Donuts , Sushi Place, CVS, Nail Place and so much more. I'm torn about moving from this place as I have absolutely loved it but the commute is just way to much. I'm not in a huge rush to move out so I'm flexible on move-in time. The current lease is through December 2016. Bills are normally about $100 per roommate a month for electricity, water, internet.
