The rooms have separate bathrooms and the apartment has a living room, kitchen, and dining room alcove. The complex features a keyed entry gate and is located in a quiet and safe area of Rosslyn while remaining close to Wilson Boulevard.

I'm seeking a cleanly and respectful roommate. I've been living (and loving) this apartment for the past 2 years, having recently completed an advanced degree at Georgetown. I can often be found baking, hosting movie nights, or off visiting friends. Bonafide Ravenclaw, but all Houses are welcome!
