As much time as I spend knocking the East Village, you would think I didn't like it. The fact is, I'm just trying to drive the prices down until I can afford to move in. Hasn't worked. Who wouldn't wanna live here? It's the part of Manhattan you have to be cool to enter without being forcibly tattooed. That speaks volumes.
