Awesome 1 bedroom apartment in Ravenswood, about a half mile from the Lawrence Mariano's/LA Fitness. I've lived here for a year under ICM management and both the apartment and property management have been awesome, reliable, and responsive. The building and apartment are wonderful, with a bike rack in the back (locked gate) nice neighbors, free laundry (have to walk outside) and street parking. The reason I'm moving is because there is enough room for me and my girlfriend or enough room for me and my film/photography studio, but not both. We just need a second bedroom, otherwise this place a tough one to let go of. Moving by May 1st, so we're able to sublet OR re-let, you can stay for the month of may for 1000, or you can re-let for a year at $1035 (annual price increase is taking effect after I leave.) Cat's are welcome, unfortunately dogs are not. I'm on a flexible day schedule and can show it on fairly short notice.
