I am moving back home to San Diego, and I'm looking for someone to take over my spot in an awesome apartment! The apartment is located on Barrington Ave between Sunset and San Vicente - it's walking distance to a Whole Foods, Starbucks, and lots of cute little restaurants and shops. Rent is $1275 a month with about an additional $100 in utilities (including WiFi, cable, and cleaning 1-2 times a month). Deposit is $1450. You would have your own room - which is unfurnished ( but can be furnished until June if that is preferable) - and your own bathroom. Dogs are not allowed in the building - My room mate has cat, so if you're allergic, please consider that. A little bit about my room mate: Early 20s, UCLA student Non-drinker Non-Smoker About the apartment: 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Fireplace Gated Entry Pool Coin-Op Laundry Rooms Gated Tandem Parking - it has never ever been an issue between my current roommate and me -- typically, the third person in our spot isn't there, which makes it extremely easy to go in and out. Walking distance to everything! I'm looking for someone in their early to mid twenties - preferably female - who is either a student or has a full-time job. Move-in date would be around April 1st.
