We have a newly renovated lower level apartment that is south facing and gets lots of natural light. It is a junior one bedroom (ideal for one person), with one small room and one large room plus bathroom (rain shower, sink and toilette with no bathtub). Everything is brand new: hardwood floors, lighting, paint, bathroom etc. There is a kitchenette with hot plate, fridge, microwave and table top convection oven. We would be happy to install a larger oven if desired (for a small rent increase). We are a small family and we are looking for a quiet and responsible tenant who won't mind hearing the feet of our young child above them. The rent includes wifi and all utilities. With the LRT expected to be done next year, the Ossington bus stop around the corner and the 90A (Vaughn Rd bus) around the corner, there are lots of TTC options. Street parking is available. Friendly, safe and very quiet neighbourhood.
