Non-smoker, drinks socially in moderation. He's social and talkative and respectful if you need to be alone. He will be here until lease ends. •Other roommate is a 29yr-old male. He is also social but very focused on work. Smokes outside, drinks socially in moderation. Just started Hack Reactor, a 3-month "coding bootcamp". Despite being a student, he was a professional before, and is solid financially. •Both are good about picking up after themselves. Bad thing is that both are very busy and so we sometimes fall behind on cleaning chores (like cleaning mirrors, stovetop, etc). But I've been overall happy in terms of cleanliness.
