I'm looking for someone for March 15 or April 1st. 32 year old dude here looking to rent out my 2nd bdrm (larger of the two, about 225sqft or 16 foot by 14 foot with 8 foot ceilings) This is a month-month and I'm only looking for a single person (no couples please) I work in early mornings (6am), am pretty active with sports, outdoorsy and the gym. Be cool if you were somewhat similar. I'm employed as a corporate chef and prefer someone who is also employed professionally and or has reliable income. The suite is garden level, offers a soaker tub, 8 foot ceilings, laundry, a quiet tree lined neighborhood though only two blocks from Cambie St and the village, gardening area if you're so inclined. The landlords are an older couple who occupy the entirety of the top floor. Your portion of the rent is $775 all inclusive. I prefer to do all the cleaning for the suite except clean up after you. The place is also completely furnished (except your room), If you have furniture please mention this in your response...I likely will not be able to accommodate any additional furniture then what is already in the suite. Personally I'm looking for someone with good energy, positive, healthy, CLEAN!!!!! Cleanliness is imperative, there will be no exceptions made regarding cleanliness. Someone social, into hanging out once in a while or doing dinners together or something......you get the idea. I'm not in a hurry to find a roommate, I will spend my time looking for the right roommate and not just anyone. Not into hard partiers, excessive drinkers, or loud and disruptive folk.
