Hi! Both of my roommates are moving out in April (both are moving in with their significant others), leaving 2 open rooms available for May 1st (possible early move in if needed). The apartment is great! It is the whole top floor of a 3 story building, has a large deck with an excellent view of the skyline and a great living/dining/kitchen space. The bedrooms are 9x14 and 12x11. The 9x14 has been rented at $950 (it is a converted den) and the 12x11 has been rented at $1150. There is in unit washer and dryer. There is a private detached garage that exits into the alley. This can be used for storage as well since each unit has an individual garage. There is also storage area underneath the steps up to the 3rd floor. Check out the pics! They do a way better job of describing the place. The apartment is located just around the corner and across the street from the Brown line Armitage stop. There are a ton of great bars/restaurants in the area along with close proximity to the North and Clybourn shopping area. Somehow the neighborhood manages to stay very peaceful. Anyway, a bit about me - My name is Eric. I'm in my mid 20s and work way out in the burbs as an engineer. I am fairly laid back and easy to get along with. I like to go out on the weekends and maybe catch happy hour after work. I like to bbq on the giant deck. (I actually have 2 grills and a smoker. Crazy, I know.)
