Me and my roommate are moving to a new location and are looking for someone to lease our apartment. It is technically two seperate leases, one for each room, so if you are only looking for one room then that would also work. In the case where you only want one room, its 920 per room per month. The building is very new, clean and neat. It is located on Gerrard Street East, 5 minute walk from the eaton centre and dundas square, literally across the street from ryerson university. Also walking distance from OCAD, George Brown, and U of T, so its perfect for students!! Both dundas subway station and college subway station are within a five minute walk. Utilities are included, the unit also includes a microwave, fridge, and a stove. Bedrooms are very large and bright with big windows, one of the bedrooms features double doors. There is one bathroom with a large shower. The lease is one year long, however it is very simple to end the lease whenever. There is 24 hour security, key fob access to the building, a games room, an excercise room, and a lounge room (with pool table). Laundry is located on the bottom floor, you will be given a laundry card when you move in.
