Hi my name is Kendelle. I am a environmental engineering student going into her fourth year of studies at Carleton in the fall. I am looking for a student in their 3rd, 4th or 5th year of studies (preferably female student) who is respectful and can keep a clean space. My current roommate will be moving by the end of April and basically looking for someone who can room with me from then onwards (at least until next May, 2017 when I expect to graduate). The location is really great. We are next to the bus routes 112,8 and the 1. The transitway is also only a 15 minute walk away for bus routes like the 97 and 98. Grocery store is a 5 minute walk away and there are also all kinds of restaurants around. Bedroom furniture is not included, however I do have a couch and other furniture included. Hydro is normally about 20$ each or less, It may be about 30$ (at the most) for one or two months in the winter. Internet is currently 13.75 each. All other utilities are included in the rent (water, heating, air conditioning) Other pluses: we have a dish washer, laundry facilities and lots of storage space.
