We are looking for someone in her early-mid-twenties to fill one bedroom in our apartment at the Meridian at Gallery Place. The room will be available by April 1, with the possibility of move-in as soon as March 19.
It is a two bedroom apartment, with part of the living room used as a third bedroom. The portion used as a living room has a couch, chair, table, and large TV. The available bedroom is extremely spacious and fits any size bed, desk, dresser, bookshelf, etc. (as seen in the photos). The bathroom is large with a set of drawers for each person and features an in-unit washer/dryer.
The building features a ton of amazing amenities, including:
- 24-hour Fitness Center (brand new work-out equipment)
- 24-hour concierge (you will get an email, when your package is delivered)
- Rooftop swimming pool
- BBQ area and grills on the roof

Move-in fees include a $150 lease transfer fee, a $75 required background check (takes no more than 1 week usually), and a security deposit of $1125. Utilities usually run around $100/month (depending on the season), and the lease runs through August 31 with the option for renewal.
We're planning to show the room toward the end of this week and beginning of next (March 7 and March 14), so if interested please respond with your week-night availability!
