The unit does have the parking space being rented out long term therefore the potential tenant could not use the spot directly. There is visitor parking and there are an unlimited number of day passes each resident can use each month. However, only 14 overnight parking passes are permitted per resident and their guests each month.
Move in date would be for June 1st, 2016 and the two roommates are girls who are young professionals and generally work monday to friday. There are no pets allowed and no smoking is permitted within the unit.
The term of the lease is a 9 Month lease from June 1st to March 1st with the possibility of renewal.
This unit is absolutely amazing and the girls are very easy going and pleasant. There has just been a change in my life situation that does not permit me to live here past June 1st.
