This room is the biggest in the unit (please see floor plan in images) on a high floor with a full bathroom ensuite with a large tub, modern vanity and water fixtures and has a sliding door with access to the very large shared balcony. There is also a modernized kitchen with hardwood floor throughout the common areas and there is brand new ensuite laundry appliances within the unit. the building amenities include: Sun Deck + Rooftop Pool Private Cabana Lounges Roman Fountain Barbecue His + Hers Change Room + Steam Room Co-ed Massage Room Tranquility Whirlpool Yoga Theatre Private Dining Room + Kitchen Kitchen Poker Room Fitness Studio Billiards Room Spin Room Party Room + Lounge This building is right across the street from the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Steam Whistle Brewery, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Rogers Centre, and is a 5-10 minute walk to Union Station and the Air Canada Centre either outdoor or via the PATH on a rainy, cold or super hot and sticky day. It's also steps from Toronto's waterfront. The unit does have the parking space being rented out long term therefore the potential tenant could not use the spot directly. There is visitor parking and there are an unlimited number of day passes each resident can use each month. However, only 14 overnight parking passes are permitted per resident and their guests each month. Move in date would be for June 1st, 2016 and the two roommates are girls who are young professionals and generally work monday to friday. There are no pets allowed and no smoking is permitted within the unit. The term of the lease is a 9 Month lease from June 1st to March 1st with the possibility of renewal. This unit is absolutely amazing and the girls are very easy going and pleasant. There has just been a change in my life situation that does not permit me to live here past June 1st. Please only serious inquiries.
