I'm looking to sublease my room in an awesome 4 bed/1.5 bath house! The lease starts April 1st, 2016 and goes through August 10th, 2016. The room is quite big and comes with a closet, and has enough space to even fit a couch in the room (see pics). The room can be furnished or unfurnished - your preference! The room is ~14 ft x ~10 ft. Expenses: -$1250 per month plus utilities -Security deposit is required -Utilities are split 4 ways (Internet, PG&E, City Trash Fee) About the house: -A very, very spacious house, includes a garage (for storage space only but street parking is super easy!). -Comes with backyard -Recently renovated kitchen -Good size bathroom -Street parking is readily available, never any issues (I drive everyday to work) -Washer and Dryer in the house -Dishwasher in kitchen -Easy access to the 101 -Super close to mission and noe valley (only a quick uber ride away) -Being on the south side of the hill can be intimidating, but the 3 other roommates bike to work everyday! The roommates: Everyone in the house is in their early to mid 20's. 1. Areeb - Engineer at Facebook 2. Arun - runs his own company with Kartik (#3) 3. Kartik - co-founders with Arun. During the week, everyone is usually really busy with their own schedule, but on the weekends everyone is usually around and everyone is very inclusive. Totally okay if you rather do your own thing. Location: -Located in Bernal Heights -10 minute bike ride or 20 minute walk to 24th/mission street bart -There is a nearby park that you can play baseball/basketball/etc. at.
