Apartment #3 is downstairs with a private entrance at the rear of the building. The interior has tons of charm with beautiful oak floors, a claw foot tub with shower, very nice faux wood blinds and ceiling fans.
Boiler/Radiator heat is included in the rent as well as water/sewer/garbage/recycling services, maintenance and landscaping. Tenants are responsible for electric. (The supplemental baseboard heater and the water heater are both electric.) Utility bills usually range from $30 to $50 monthly. Tenants share the responsibility of taking the recyclables and garbage to the curb on the proper days, and all tenants are to take part in general cleaning of the premises to keep things looking nice.
This is a non-smoking building. No dogs allowed, but cats will be considered with a non-refundable fee. There is no laundry on site.
