I live in a 3 bedroom house currently with the lease expiring end of March 2016. The room mates are moving out and I would like to continue the lease so looking for people to occupy the other 2 rooms. It is a 3bd 2 bath house, with a spacious living room and kitchen. In house laundry. I have the master bedroom, so the other 2 will be sharing a bathroom. Living room is partially furnished. The lease will be for 1 year. We had paid the a security deposit at time of original move - in so you will pay the deposit accordingly to the other 2 guys. Rent does not include utilities ( garbage + electricity) and internet.
