Available June first We are looking for a calm, mature (older too) roommate who is great at living with other people, has a full time job, is excellent at sharing chores, cleaning up after themself & doing regular household maintanence. We are very independant people, one man and one woman. We are enviromentalists, foodies, feminist and generally left leaning politically. One cat, a dog live here. So it will be excellent if you love animals and have spent lots of time around them but don't have any pets yourself at the moment. We are very energy consumption conscious ie. we do laundry at night (when electricity is less expensive), use the clothesline in good weather, don't use hairdryers etc. We do our dishes immediately after we eat. We refrain from having overnight guests, in order to keep household drama to a bare minimum. The location is excellent, the house and garden are charming. It is a gem of a place to live for someone who needs it. You will have your own furnished 100sq. foot room that overlooks the back garden..
