The apartment is two floors, and is located on the top floor of a three-floor apartment building, vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors throughout, brick wall in the kitchen/living room, balcony overlooking the street. The E/F trains and the Q46 bus are a two minute walk from the apartment. Forest Hills/Austin Street is about a six or seven minute walk. St John's is about 20minutes via the Q46. Multiple grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and cafes in the neighborhood. 113th Street is off of Queens Blvd, so the neighborhood is quiet and residential. The landlord lives in the building, takes excellent care of the space, and is very responsive to the tenants. Two bedrooms are opening up for May 1. The bedrooms are located on the second floor of the apartment, with a bathroom to share between the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has high ceilings and a skylight, and comfortably fit a queen-sized bed, dresser, desk, etc. Both rooms have closets. There is one off-street parking space available. I am a graduating law student and will be studying for and taking the bar exam in July. I'm neat and quiet, and don't take up too much space.
