Hi! I am looking for a sublet for one room in my two bedroom apartment beginning on May 1st (negotiable) throughout the end of August as I am leaving town. At the end of August the lease is over and you have the choice to continue renting there if it suits your needs. 1Eleven is an all-inclusive student housing complex. Included in the rent is Heat, Hydro, Water, Internet, Laundry, Roku (a TV streaming service) and access to study rooms, a gym and lounges. Aside from the bedrooms, there is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. I am in a rather lucky senario because my roommate moved out months ago and the staff have not moved on filling this room. Thus if you rent this apartment, you will get to chose your roommate through a compatibility website. I should note that this place leases by the bed, hence you are only responsible for your own rent. Its a great deal considering the location downtown, the short distance to UOttawa and bus stops on Elgin and the certainty of fixed expenses.
