The room is available for a 4 month lease (with option to extend). We would have loved to of stayed here but are moving home to Australia. Due to this we are flexible to rent the place from either mid April or May 1st 2016. The place is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on 2 levels (main floor and basement) with a large kitchen, large living area, private courtyard and laundry. The room to rent is the one shown in the 4th photo. You would be living with 1 couple and another guy.
