This apartment is great. I've lived in it since September 2014, but I'm moving out of the country.
Although this is currently my apartment, it is NOT A SUBLEASE-you will take over the remainder of my lease, paying rent directly to the landlord (Minnesota Rental Properties Group), with the option to renew for another 12 months in September. They will run a credit and background check when you apply, so there is a $30 application fee.
NO DEPOSIT is necessary from you - AND you will receive my deposit ($590) whenever you do move out.
