I am looking to sublet my room in a 3-bedroom apt from April - Aug 31 (with possible). The room can come either furnished or unfurnished. Utilities are not included ($22 for internet per month, and I paid about $10-ish for utilities in the summer) - so you're looking at about $630 all inclusive. The apt is steps away from the AGO (which is free every weds) and OCAD, cheap grocery stores in Chinatown, Grange park, Queen Street West (about 5 mins walk away). This location is killer. Shared space includes kitchen and one bathroom. A new shower stall is being installed at the moment and will definitely be done before you move in. My landlord is super awesome and helpful, always responses quickly to concerns and issues (they even changed the light bulbs for us!). My two roommates are very nice, neat and clean.
