Hi! Looking for a sublet/roommate from April 1st to October 31st. Room is fully furnished as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There is a laundry room downstairs too! The apartment is on the top floor. With big windows, lots of light. We have a shared kitchen, bathroom and Livingroom. About me, your potential roommate: I am a massage therapist that works weekends and occasionally uses the livingroom for treatment purposes. I like painting, will be gardening the front yard this summer so we can eat fresh veggies. I have a pet gecko, and many crickets to feed him...they tend to sing a lot. Sometime I have dinner parties and friends crashing on my couch from out of town, but I keep open communication about this things and expect the same back. What I am looking for: non smoker. I would love to live with someone that is quiet at night and I can get along with. This makes things more fun! Rent is $705 internet and utilities included.
