My roommate is moving out of the apartment that we share and I am looking for a roommate to sign a new one year lease with. I have lived in the apartment, which was recently renovated, for over a year now. I am a (male) 24 year old professional originally from the Philadelphia area and I graduated from the University of Maryland a couple years ago. The apartment is in a great location for both commutes (0.5 miles from the metro) and nightlife (Admo, Dupont, and U-Street bars are all walkable). The lease would start April 1st but can be earlier or a little later if needed. The rent for the new lease will be $2250 between two people, so it is a steal for the area.
