Fully furnished bedroom in two bedroom apartment available from April 1 to August 31. Room contains double bed (with or without linens), dresser, closet, shelving/cupboard unit. Rent is all inclusive, including internet and one covered parking spot (when I am not using it, which is rarely because I currently do not own a car). Location is on the route 86 bus. Under a 40 minute ride to downtown/University of Ottawa. Within 15 minute walk to grocery store, pharmacy, Starbucks, fast food and other restaurants. 30 minute walk to Ottawa Hospital General Campus. Building amenities: pay laundry facilities (laundry card), exercise room and sauna, outdoor swimming pool (generally opens July 1). I have a cat, but prefer a roommate without pets. Would prefer a quiet and considerate mature student or working professional. Must be a non-smoker. I am a late 30's female who works 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. I occasionally have friends over for dinner and/or movies/board game nights.
