Up for a lease transfer is our four bedroom apartment on the second and third floors of a semi-detached house on Montrose Avenue. We're looking for someone to take over our lease from May 1st - August 31st, upon which there will certainly be an opportunity for extension. We're only parting ways with the place because our careers are taking us to different places, but we're otherwise completely satisfied with our stay so far. The apartment features a kitchen, living room, 3-piece bathroom with tub, and a single bedroom on the second floor and three bedrooms along with a complete second 3-piece bathroom with washer and dryer on the third floor. It was newly renovated and painted before we moved in on September 1st, 2015. It is located steps away from the College streetcar, Trinity Bellwoods Park, grocery stores, and all the bars and cafes of Little Italy.
