I'm moving out of my fantastic 1300 sq foot apartment and looking for someone to move in April 1 or Mid-April (negotiable). My roommate is 23 yrs old, incredibly nice and fun. I'm sad to leave this apartment but need to be closer to work. Ideally you would stay until end of August, but if you need it for only a few months that's ok too. Please reach out and we can chat/you can meet my roommate. (the dog in the photos is not staying). Females preferred. First and last required. $965 + utilities. (averages below $1100 including internet). The room is not furnished, the apartment is partially furnished, so if you have furniture/dishes, etc, that would be welcomed.
