Our third roommate is moving to LA, so we are looking for a new roommate! Our apartment is 10 mins away from the Graham L stop/15 mins away from the G, it the biggest shower and bathroom you've ever seen in the city, a living room, and kitchen with plenty of counter space. We also have an amazing roof with a panoramic view of Manhattan. It's a 5 min walk from McGorlick Park and many bars and restaurants in Greenpoint. It's a pretty great spot!
We ask :
-That you have a job and can afford rent and around $30-40 utilities per month
-You clean up after yourself and be considerate of other people's space
-You be an open and honest communicator
