Available starting May 1st: I am looking for a male roommate to move into a single bedroom of a 1.5 bedroom apartment. I live in the half bedroom. Rent is paid in advance, paid month-to-month, and up to the roommate for extension. First and last month’s rent, and security deposit required. Perfect for a young working professional looking to save money but stay in a central part of the city. The ideal person will have a 9am-5pm (or close), a good sense of humor and a chill/thoughtful personality. Someone who doesn't bring the party home but likes to get out the house on the weekends/some nights. Sorry, the space is not large enough for couples! The space available is a full room, however, two of the walls are composed of sliding wood dividers. The room is small but has room for a queen bed and a lamp. There are nightstands, drawers and storage built in. (you won't really need a dresser). We will be sharing the entire apartment, which includes the kitchen, bathroom, and living area. The apartment complex also has a gym, a heated pool, and a Jacuzzi, as well as on-floor laundry. I am a male in my early 20s and work in a technology startup in the Mission and am looking for a similar clean, open-minded, reliable roommate whom I can get along with. I am usually at work on weekdays from 10am-7pm. I come home from work and occasionally make dinner and use the common space in the evening.
