Looking for someone to take over my Greenpoint room April 1st. Comes with a bed frame and mattress+tempurpedic pad if you are interested. First last and security to move in and about $40 a month in utilities. We have a second room on Craigslist that you may have seen. If that one does not sell first then this one will be up for grabs. You can see both rooms upon your visit. The second room is $900 a month first last and security to move in as well. Here is a link to the second room pics: The apartment is newly renovated, 10 mins away from the Graham L stop/15 mins away from the Nassau G, it the biggest shower and bathroom you've ever seen in the city, a living room, and kitchen with plenty of counter space. We also have an amazing roof with a panoramic view of Manhattan. It's a 5 min walk from McGorlick Park and many bars and restaurants in Greenpoint. Move in date is flexible but we will prioritize someone that can move in on the 1st. We are looking for someone with a full time job, clean, friendly and ideally a girl.
