ROOM/APARTMENT:
The bedroom comes with an A/C Unit, ceiling fan, central heating, bright natural light, a closet, and a quiet and clean neighborhood. The room is currently painted blue, but can be painted any color of your choosing. The current tenant has yet to move out, but will be taking all of the furniture and decor shown in the photos with her.
You will be sharing a very clean bathroom with a tub/shower and a sink with storage space. The apartment is has an open living room/dining room set up, with bay windows that allow in beautiful sunlight. Hardwood floors throughout the entire apartment, BRAND NEW kitchen appliances and an additional storage closets.
LOCATION:
The apartment is located a block away from The Barclays Center, meaning, you are just a convenient 5 minute walk from several trains into the city and throughout Brooklyn (LIRR,2,3,4,5,R,N,Q,B,G,C). If you aren't close enough to walk to your job, this is an ideal location for any New Yorker. It is also a block away from the Atlantic Terminal Shopping Mall, which has Target, Marshalls, Stop and Shop etc... making weekly errands as easy as they can be.
