The room is 550 plus unfurnished, the Internet is 25 bucks each and the hydro is about the same. It has a closet, large window, and hardwood floors. High ceilings I think 11 feet and large baseboards. There is a charming kitchen and a side courtyard, and a long hallway as shared space. The room and kitchen and that are ok to paint as well. There is also a communal garden area you could take part in. You will be sharing with a 420 friendly young student/professional and a wonderful well tempered Maine Coon cat.
