Looking for a roommate to take the spot of our current roommate who is moving out. We both (one male, one female) work 5 days (F&B / Journalism / Acting) a week, are mostly in NY, laid back and keep common areas clean.
The Apartment: Our loft has recently been turned over, has 3 rooms, a large shared kitchen (with new furnishings) and bathroom, high windows, lots of storage space on the second level of a building with a great terrace (views of Manhattan)! The building has washing facilities in the basement.
The Room: This is a flex room and has a full pressure wall to ceiling with a door & lock.
The Neighborhood: Very close to Dumbo (Down Under the Manhattan and Brooklyn Overpass) and Downtown Brooklyn. Close to Subway, only 3 stops to downtown Manhattan.
