Hello prospective renters! My name is Hilary. I live in a two bedroom apartment in downtown Vancouver and I am looking for a girl in her mid/late twenties to take over the second room on June 1st. Some things about me... I'm in my mid twenties and working full time (9-5) as an employment counselor in downtown Vancouver. I like to go out on the weekends but am usually quiet (ish) during the week. I like to keep the place clean. Having said that, I'm not worried if a few dishes pile up every now and then. Some things about the building...it's fairly new and the they renovate it frequently. It has some cool amenities such as a gym, sauna, movie room and patio (you can barbecue in the summertime!). It's also in the dream location, in the heart of downtown, 5 minutes from Davie Street, Robson, and Yaletown and steps away from a grocery store. Also, Burrard station is only a short walk away. One thing to keep in mind, the building does not have parking. The dresser and the bed side table come with the room. The bed in the photo is for sale as well and it's going for $500. I operate on a month to month lease agreement so neither party is locked in. However, I am looking for someone to stay long term.
