***Looking for a Professional male roommate*** I have 1 room available in a new build 2 bed + 2 bath condo at queen and gladstone (11 Peel Avenue). I am looking for a young professional male roommate to sign a 1 year lease. Must be okay with cats as I have one, with the potential of a second cat coming depending on how pet separation with my old roommate goes. The move-in date is May 1st, though you will likely be able to move stuff in beforehand to make it easier if you wish. I receive the keys in April. Rent is $1000 + utilities per month. Parking is also available, price of parking to be negotiated. A little about me. I am a young professional working in the film and television industry. I have lived in Toronto's west for the past 3 years and love it. I enjoy sports, movies and biking. I am clean and respectful of other peoples space and belongings. I am looking for a roommate with similar qualities. The bedroom for rent is roughly 9' x 10' with a large walk in closet. The condo has laundry on site, and as mentioned above there are 2 bathrooms so you will have your own. There will also be a storage locker and a bike locker available. There is a good sized patio (roughly 80 square feet) that will be great in the summer. I am not sure if the building will have a 6 month trial of cable/internet as a lot of new builds do, but internet/cable can be discussed as well.
