I am looking to sublet my room in a 2 bedroom apartment starting either April 1st or the 15th until the end of the lease October 1st 2016.
It's a big bright room in a quiet neighbourhood right across the street for the bus stop, 20 minutes from islington station.
Laundry on site, lockable door for your room and a quiet roommate.
He's a 23 year old male work 9-5 downtown and keeps to himself
Internet not included but is available for 32 dollars a month
The room is empty and available for as soon as possible
