My roommates and I are looking for someone to take over my room in the house we rent near College Park, MD. It is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with a basement with a den, and washer/dryer onsite. There is a garage/driveway, and parking on the street right in front of the house. The rent is $620/month plus utilities (includes gas, electric, water, cable and internet). The semi-messy room in the pics is mine/would be yours. There is a queen sized bed in it now to give you an idea of the room size, and I believe the size of the room is 12 x 12. The house has a bus stop right in front of the house, goes to College Park metro and Greenbelt metro both on the Green line. The same bus also goes to Deanwood metro on the Orange line. It is an extremely quiet and safe neighborhood, close to Beltway Plaza Mall, UMD, NASA, Route 1, Hyattsville Arts District, IKEA, and lots of other conveniences. It is also within walking distance to a huge park and lake with lots of walking trails. Can come furnished if needed, as there is extra bedroom furniture in our spare room which is currently a guest room. I can also help you find nice stuff for low cost or free on Craigslist.
