One of our roommates is moving out and we are looking for an awesome roommate to take his place. The room is available April 9th. This apartment is located in the heart of north beach, right under Coit Tower with great views and all the best bars/restaurants in the area are within walking distance. You will be living with 2 other guys (26, 31) who are both laid back and easy to get along with (and one is a really good cook!) and enjoy watching whatever game is currently on TV. There are a lot of close amenities nearby (24 Fitness/Safeway/Trader Joes/Walgreens) and just 2 blocks from Washington Square. Just up the hill from North Beach night life and away from street noise and crowds. 10 minute walk to Jackson Sq/Financial District. 15 minute walk to BART. 20 minute walk to SOMA. The room itself is 10x12 with a good sized closet and bay window. We have laundry in unit(!) as well as a dishwasher(!), garbage disposal(!!), balcony off of the living room and a deck with Coit Tower views. Rent for the room is $1600/month and you will pay utilities on top, which usually comes out to around $150/month and includes cleaners twice a month. Deposit is 1.5x rent ($2400) and there is a $100 non-refundable application fee due to the landlords (we will only pay this once you are definitely in).
