I'm 33 years old and I work at Boeing. My current roommate is moving out and I'm looking for a replacement (only one person). You would have your own bedroom and bathroom in a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment. It's a very spacious (1100 sf) bright apartment on the third floor of the Joule Apartments at 523 Broadway East. The apartment has laundry machines in the unit, huge windows and a view of the space needle. The building has a "community room" that can be reserved for parties, as well as a gym. Onsite managers in the office will sign for packages, and are very helpful in general. Your part of the rent is $1350 (slightly less than half of the total), and all the bills which can add up to $100 - $150 extra per month would be split evenly. Parking in a secure garage is available at an additional fee. I'm not the property manager; I'm just looking for a roommate.
