Hello! I am looking for someone to takeover my 12-month lease in the Gallery Place Meridian on May 1st. I love this apartment and the roommates, but have a close friend moving to town. This is the largest sunroom layout (11'6x9'6") in the building. I have a queen-sized bed and bookshelf in it and the previous occupant had a desk in it. It is the only plans that includes a large, walk-in closet which has plenty of storage space and included shelving. Room doesn't face busy Massachusetts Ave and avoids a lot of the downtown noise.
The roommates are two ladies in their mid-twenties who both have busy schedules but are very easy to live with. The roommates like to have fun on the weekends and the apartment includes a "beverage fridge" which is excellent for having people over and pool parties. The room is $1135/month. The walk-in closet includes shelving. Utilities come in around $90/month. We have cable and wifi. We will host an open house in April or I am always available to show it via skype or appointment.
