Two mid 20s/early 30s guys looking for a new roommate starting April 1st. We both have jobs although one is professional and the other is service industry so we are on differing schedules. The room is nice in a 3 bedroom apt. and is in a great area, not right next to the noise on Bedford but a short walk away. We are a second floor walk up and are 2 blocks from the Lorimer L/G subway stop with easy access to Manhattan. Roommates must be easy going, responsible and not smoke in the apartment. There is a one month security deposit required.
